Questions about collision repair/body shop services in Baltimore? Here are the answers:
No. If you already have an estimate from your insurer, we will work with that. If not, we’ll provide an estimate. In the vast majority of cases there are no issues, but we will resolve any discrepancies with your insurer. In the rare instance where we are unable to come to agreement, you will be contacted before any additional work is performed.
Yes, please. Reserving a time in advance will ensure that we are able to give you our full and prompt attention. Call 410.342.1560 to make an appointment.
While you’re certainly welcome to make your own arrangements, we have an ongoing relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Many of our customers find it more convenient to allow us to make the reservation. That way the rental can be picked up at our facility, and dropped off here when work is completed.

Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is one of only a few Authorized Tesla Body Shops in the area, and we have been thoroughly trained on Tesla equipment and procedures.
In many cases, yes. The procedure is similar in that we will want an appointment to inspect the damage and provide an estimate.
We work with most major insurance companies. We are a preferred provider for Erie and Chubb Insurance, which may offer additional benefits to policyholders needing repairs.
